      But you can understand from the poster’s soul that it doesn’t wanna show anybody in it.So I’m still of two minds about that.

       Honestly, it was probably nothing.  The whole scene in the trailer with all the buildings crumbling (this includes the poster) is probably just created as promotional material and probably won’t appear in the film.  The poster is all photoshop and you can find a hundred different shapes if you look closely enough.  People have claimed to have seen catwoman, joker, robin and the superman symbol also lol. 

      Most likely case:  it’s just a poster of building crumbling around a bat-symbol.  That’s it.

      That’s your subconscious remember you can’t control it LOL I looked at it too and it might be a subliminal message meaning that this is going to be the Best movie ever!!!!!!       And isn’t Chrisitan supposed to look much stronger than that?I mean he once said he wanted to be “fitter than ever” in this movie.Unless we say:he doesn’t maintain the same fitness through the movie because of the storyline(like Batman Begins.He looked thinner when he was in that prison)

         That’s interesting.  He doesn’t look very big at all, granted he’s
        wearing a loose hoodie which is covering up a lot.  But still, no
        muscles popping out of the t-shirt.  He probably got smaller deliberately
        in this movie.

        My theory is A: to help make Hardy look bigger. Or B
        (and I prefer this one): he gets smaller each movie which shows the toll
        being batman is having on his physique…staying up all night, the constant stress of beating and getting beaten by the bad guys means he doesn’t have personal time to train anymore which impacts his physique negatively.

        …but then maybe it’s just the clothes.  I hope he’s still as big as he was in TDK.

          But there’s another theory too.The one I’ve mentioned.He doesn’t maintain the same fitness through the movie.I mean who says Batman should get smaller everytime?He once got smaller for The Dark Knight and now is the time to become strong again! But I also believe that due to the storyline,he doesn’t have the same fitness through the movie.It’s clear.

            Yeah that’s also a valid point.  Maybe in the beginning of the movie he will be as strong as he was in TDK, then after being beaten around like a punching bag for half the movie (courtesy of Bane) his physique will shrink. 

            Technically a physique can degenerate pretty rapidly within just 1-2 weeks time depending on the person so that’s very believable.

            Then due to the “Rises” portion of the movie where Batman, presumably rises to his challenges, he gets bigger again.  A little far-fetched but it’s definitely a possibility.  It’s not like they’re gonna include his workout routine in the movie.  Just the subtle little details like his physique changes adds to the credibility of the movie, and I wouldn’t put it past Bale and Nolan to go the extra lengths to achieve that.

            So now we have 3 theories :)

           That’s right.3 theories!Maybe that scene shown in the teaser in which Bruce is doing push-ups is when he’s working out to get fit again.We all know that Christian went to India for that shooting in that fort.The picture of that fort was posted in this site.So I believe that scene was shot in India and is not from Batman Begins.And I think it’s when he’s working out to get fit again.I hope he gets really big!

    Bale looks horrible…definitely not the fit Bruce/Batman he aspired to be prior to filming. I’m guessing as someone else mentioned that they wanted Bane to look bigger.

    wow first people complain about tom hardys look now christian bale….”facepalm” any ways hes got a lot bigger since he lost alot of weight for the fighter, hes been training with dicky since there friends now so give the guy a brake he and the crew have been traveling alot, it a huge movie with alot of moving parts

        There will be some long passage of time, Wayne’s self exile in a foreign country or something… naturally the scenes do not obey cronological order to be filmed. That could explain Bale’s thinness and stuff.

    I love how people are lining up to criticize Christian Bale for looking bored, not dressing up, being too skinny, etc. It’s no secret the guy hates dealing with the press. Plus he might be tired from filming. I actually think his look works for the film. Given that he’s now a fugitive, Bruce Wayne should look tired, he should look worn out. He probably doesn’t have time to train or even get a haircut, especially if he’s been injured by Bane. If anything should be obvious by now, it’s that Bale commits himself fully to a role. So if it calls for him to lose weight, gain weight, learn an accent, whatever, he’ll do it. I doubt he just showed up and said I’m not going to bother getting in shape. And I seriously doubt Nolan would’ve let him.
