According to Production Weekly, Warner Bros. has opened a production office at Raleigh Michigan Studios in Pontiac, Michigan. They’ve also picked Patrick Tatopoulos as the production designer. Tatopoulos has done production design for movies like 300: Rise of an Empire, I, Robot, and Independence Day.
Batman vs. Superman is scheduled to start shooting in the Detroit area this February.

Update: As “BatFan3000” points out in the comments below, Raleigh Michigan Studios changed its name to Michigan Motion Picture Studios last year.
