‘The Flash’ movie loses director Seth Grahame-Smith

Seth Grahame-Smith, who was set to direct and write Ezra Miller’s The Flash movie, has left the project due to “creative differences” according to The Hollywood Reporter. This would have been his directorial debut.

The Hollywood Reporter says that Warner Bros. plans to keep his script as they search for another director to take over.

This isn’t the first director shake-up in the DC Extended Universe. Michelle MacLaren was originally onboard to direct Wonder Woman, but left the project soon after being hired, also citing “creative differences”. Patty Jenkins took the reigns and is currently directing Gal Gadot in Paris for that movie.

What do you make of Warner Bros. and Seth Grahame-Smith parting ways on The Flash? Is there another director you’d like to see get the job? Let me know in the comments below.
