Last week a rumor was going around online stating that Christopher Nolan would be bringing The Dark Knight Rises (along with members of the cast) to Comic-Con, marking his first appearance at the big show. Comic-Con 2012 begins on July 12th this year, a week before The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 2oth. Many fans had hoped to get a sneak peek at the big comic book convention, but a tweet from Drew of HitFix.com has put an end to the speculation.
I think that Drew’s sources hold a bit more weight than those of Best Movies Ever News, the site where this rumor originated. While many fans may be upset about this news, look on the bright side… The Dark Knight Rises is only 116 days away!
