
The 2013 MTV Movie awards just wrapped up and sadly The Dark Knight Rises came up short in all four categories it was nominated in. After receiving zero Oscar nominations, I thought that Christopher Nolan’s epic Batman finale would have a chance at the fan-voted MTV Movie Awards. After all, The Dark Knight Rises was the star of the show last year with Christopher Nolan, Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Gary Oldman showing off some exclusive footage.
