Though DLC plans haven’t been announced by Warner Bros., online retailers Amazon and Best Buy have jumped the gun with some new details about Batman: Arkham Origins. Both online stores revealed today that Deathstroke will be a playable character in Batman: Arkham Origins. Amazon has a banner describing the DLC (pictured above) and Best Buy’s Batman: Arkham Origins page has a bit more information:

Pre-order Batman: Arkham Origins now to play as Deathstroke — gain access to two additional challenge maps and two Deathstroke skins (Internet connection required for downloadable content; not available on all platforms)

This sounds very similar to Batman: Arkham City’s challenge maps which let you play as Catwoman, Robin, and Nightwing via downloadable content.

Last week a short teaser trailer was released, but the full Batman: Arkham Origins trailer will be online tomorrow. Be sure to come back to Batman News, I’ll have the trailer posted here as soon as it’s available.
