Upcoming Comics: November 27th, 2013

Zero Year tie-ins, the Injustice Game tie-in, a little more Clayface, and a lot more Damian Wayne, that’s what’s in store for Batman fans this week! Plus, if you’re interested, Beware the Batman #2 comes out this week as well, but I’ve cut it from the review rotation because it’s less work for me.

I’m curious about this one due to the shocking revelation on the final page of issue #1, but that comic really wasn’t very good and actually gave off a bit of a Batman Odyssey vibe.

Anticipation Level: I’d rather not

While the last issue was better than expected I still couldn’t care less about what’s to come in this issue. As if I wasn’t bored enough with this Clayface story, the latest issue promises to feature none other than everyone’s least favorite Bird of Prey, Condor…wooo!

Sebastian Clark and Felix Harmon plan to wipe Gotham off the map, but Bane is coming with an army of his own and… ah, who am I kidding? This is a cool idea, but it’s honestly hard to get excited about the coming “war” when we already see what’s to come with the current Forever Evil and Arkham War books.
