We already know about a number of iconic Batman villains who will be making an appearance in at least in the pilot episode of Gotham, but there are still plenty of other members of the Caped Crusader’s rogues gallery – along with several other supporting characters from the comic books – who could be introduced in the series as time goes on.
Fans have been suggesting a variety of well-known names since the upcoming Fox series was announced, but hopefully there will be at least a few unexpected suggestions here that you may not have considered as of yet! 10. Mr. Freeze
Following Arnold Schwarzenegger’s disastrous take on Mr. Freeze, it’s well past time that we got to see a decent live-action version of the character, even if it is at a much earlier point in his life! “The New 52” Victor Fries would be a good place to turn for inspiration as it portrayed him as a disturbed young man whose obsession with the cold began when his mother fell into a frozen lake. In this continuity, Nora Fields is a woman who was placed in cryogenic status by her family that Victor becomes obsessed with while working as a cryogenic researcher at Wayne Enterprises. If the company does play a role in Gotham, the series has the perfect opportunity to introduce the villain. What exactly his role in the series could be from there would be very interesting!
