Is this our first look at Wayne Manor in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? A man that goes by the name of Tony Detroit sent Batman News photos of the Ransom Gillis House, an abandoned mansion in Detroit which is being used as a set for the movie tonight. Tony saw the crew setting up and a security guard confirmed to him that it was for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. While it’s not as big as other mansions we’ve seen Bruce Wayne live in on screen, they could certainly add to it with CGI in post-production.

It’s a very old, beat up looking place… but does that fit right into the story? Remember, in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice it’s rumored that Bruce Wayne lives in a modern-looking cottage by a lake that’s on the mansion’s property. The Batcave is said to be housed underneath the cottage. So if Wayne hasn’t been back to Wayne Manor in quite some time, it’d make sense for it to look a little weary. You can even spot a boat in front of the mansion in the gallery above.
While I can’t confirm that this is indeed going to be Wayne Manor in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, there’s more evidence that suggests it is. Our friend Tim Reinman was near the Ransom Gillis House set today and spotted a trailer that said “Alfred”.
We saw "Alfred's" trailer arrive. Yes, that's what it said on the door! #BatmanvSuperman W/ @Bananadoc and @D3T0N8R pic.twitter.com/4NhYe6mAAw
