Ben Affleck’s Batman has been rumored to have a small role in Suicide Squad, and now Latino Review’s El Mayimbe claims to have some more info. Here’s what he shared on Instagram this morning:
According to sources, in the film Batman is some sort of big boogeyman that the government REALLY hates. Get this, prior to the events in #BatmanvSuperman, THE JOKER is the only one to really ever meet him or know him and that’s why he’s so important to Amanda Waller. They have footage of Batman in action which they watch. There is a bit of dialogue where they say Batman is the key to tracking down all “the supers.”
Last week, El Mayimbe revealed a few other Suicide Squad rumors on Instagram:
- Onslaught and their leader, Antiphon, will be the main villains.
- Deathstroke will be in the movie. Joe Manganiello is in the running to play him.
- Jared Leto’s Joker will be influenced by The Dark Knight Returns version.
