Tyrese Gibson really wants to be Zack Snyder’s Green Lantern. The singer-turned-actor went on a social media frenzy this past January, trying to rally fans around the idea that he’d be perfect for the role by posting Photoshopped pictures of himself as the green hero.
When we last heard from Tyrese, he posted a picture at the Warner Bros. lot with the caption “I don’t talk….. I move….. #WB #GreenLanternMission”, trying to imply that he got a meeting with Warner Bros.
Two months later, Tyrese is at it again! He just shared the image below with the caption “The Oath – See you soon……..” Update: He deleted that photo, but posted two more:
Tyrese stars in Furious 7, which comes out on April 3rd. Expect to hear a lot more about his social media teases while he’s promoting that movie!
