Update: Jim Parrack’s girlfriend Leven Rambin shared her excitement about his casting on Instagram. When asked if Parrack was playing Deathstroke, Rambin replied “no…”.
Earlier tonight, Suicide Squad director David Ayer posted a photo of the entire main cast from a script reading session that took place today. There were some new actors that haven’t been announced before, most notably The Mindy Project’s Ike Barinholtz and Jim Parrack, who worked with Ayer in Fury.
Latino Review’s El Mayimbe just announced on Instagram that Ike Barinholtz will play Hugo Strange and that Jim Parrack will play Deathstroke in Suicide Squad. He also notes that Adam Beach (another new actor spotted in the photo) is rumored to play the villain Ravan.
