Jared Leto’s Joker in Suicide Squad continues to be a mystery… but from the set photos and trailer, it appears that he’ll have a bigger role in the movie than we initially thought.
Last night Jared Leto shared a video on Instagram and photo on Twitter of his shadow and while the hat stood out at me, I didn’t really think anything of it. Until I saw Comicbook.com’s write up of it this morning. Then it got me thinking…
The hat and outfit definitely resembles the Joker from The Killing Joke, but this isn’t the first time Leto has teased something from that popular graphic novel. If you recall, we also got this photo of Leto back in April.
Could Suicide Squad include some flashback scenes of the Joker and Barbara Gordon, who is rumored to be played by Jena Malone in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? Or is this all just one big coincidence? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
