We had heard that Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman would begin production this fall in London, but now we have a more specific time frame. Gal Gadot will suit up in front of the cameras in November.
Deborah Snyder, wife of Zack Snyder and co-producer of the entire DCEU, confirmed the news during a panel for the See Jane Salon Power to Greenlight event in Los Angeles last week. She also said that they specifically wanted a female director. The job ended up going to Patty Jenkins after Michelle MacLaren dropped out. Snyder also revealed that they tried to hire as many female crew members as possible.
