Not content with just releasing a sequel to The Dark Knight Returns, DC have released a confirmation and further details regarding a prequel comic. Titled The Dark Knight Returns: The Last Crusade, the 64-page one-shot will be released February 17, 2016, boasting the creative team of The Dark Knight III: The Master Race writers Frank Miller and Brian Azzarello and industry legend John Romita, Jr. on pencils.
