Gotham has been off the air since November, but it’s finally returning to FOX on Monday, February 29th. BD Wong will make his debut as Dr. Hugo Strange, and his first patient is none other than The Penguin. USA Today has an exclusive clip, which you can check out in the video above.
Executive producer John Stephens had this to say about Strange:
“He’s not just running around murdering people – we have plenty of people to do that. When he encounters the various characters in our world, he can be like a scalpel going right to their reptilian brain of what drives this person and what’s going to tip them left or right in being able to push them.”
