Gal Gadot was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night to promote Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. After joking about how Kimmel was cut from the movie, things took an awkward, but funny turn!
Kimmel explained that he’s seen the movie and knows how seriously comic book nerds take it, because he’s a huge fan himself. “Really? What do you think about my breasts?,” Gadot quickly replied! To say Kimmel was taken aback by her comment would be an understatement.
Gadot explained that she was referring to the reaction that comic book fans had when she was cast as Wonder Woman way back in December 2013. Many fans took issue with her thin body type, and were upset that she didn’t have the curves that they were used to seeing in the comics.
Kimmel laughed off Gadot’s comment, and explained that his only issue with Wonder Woman’s appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is that her costume isn’t the classic red, white, and blue that he was used to. This lead Gadot to talk about trying on the costume for the first time.
