Gal Gadot’s stunt double had all the fun yesterday during a big fight scene for Wonder Woman. In new set photos taken on location in Matera, Italy, we get a look at Wonder Woman training with her aunt, General Antiope.
In the movie, Wonder Woman is raised and trained by her mother, Queen Hippolyta, and her two military aunts — General Antiope and Antiope’s lieutenant, Menalippe. There’s just one problem… they don’t always see eye-to-eye. EW reported last month that Hippolyta, a revolutionary leader, longs to shelter her beloved daughter from the outside world, but Antiope, the Amazon responsible for Diana’s training, wants to prepare her.
