TVLine reports that when Gotham comes back this fall, Ivy Pepper will be transformed into Poison Ivy. Clare Foley, who has played Pepper in Gotham, will be recast for the iconic villain role.
No word on why Foley is being replaced, but casting is currently underway for an actress in her late teens to play Poison Ivy. She’ll become a series regular on Season 3, so expect to see a lot more of her.
In addition to Poison Ivy, Vicki Vale and Mad Hatter will also be featured in the third season of Gotham.
