
The hashtag “#fav7films” went viral on Twitter earlier this week, where fans were listing off their 7 favorite movies of all time. Mashable teamed up with Fizziology, a social media research film, to find out which movie appeared the most in those #fav7films Tweets. And guess what? It was Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight!
According to Mashable, The Dark Knight was mentioned 5,056 times between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET on Monday, beating out every other movie. You can check out the list below of the top 15 movies that Twitter users declared their favorites:
