Kiersey Clemons is still going to be Iris West in the DC Extended Universe, despite not being able to reteam with her Dope director Rick Famuyiwa on The Flash. Famuyiwa left the project last month over creative differences with Warner Bros..
Even though she said she was upset over Famuyiwa’s exit, Clemons seems to be having a bit of fun with her new role. Today on Twitter the actress shared a picture of a wig in a plastic bag with “Iris W” written on it. This is presumably the wig that she’ll be wearing in Justice League, where she will make her debut as Iris West, before starring in The Flash with Erza Miller.
