It looks like we’re finally going to get some official news regarding Shazam, the DC Comics movie that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will star in as Black Adam.
Hiram Garcia, Shazam producer and vice president of The Rock’s production company, Seven Bucks Productions, had a big meeting with DC Comics yesterday regarding the movie. “Big things are coming,” he teased on Twitter.
A few weeks ago, The Rock teased a possible team-up with Henry Cavill’s Superman. Shazam is tentatively scheduled for a April 5, 2019 release. Stay tuned to Batman News on these upcoming announcements. Hopefully it won’t be too long.
