What do you do when China is the second biggest movie market in the world? You make them a special video!
A video featuring Wonder Woman stars Gal Gadot and Chris Pine was released this week, wishing the country a happy Chinese New Year, which is this Saturday, January 28th. Gadot even spoke in Chinese!
China is a huge movie market, so hopefully Wonder Woman is able to be shown there. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice made nearly $100 million in China, while Suicide Squad was banned for its content.
The video was shot a few weeks ago when Gadot and Pine were doing press interviews for Wonder Woman with magazines and other longform outlets. Don’t expect those to be released until closer to the June 2nd release date though.
