Matt Reeves is putting his name all over The Batman. Reports say that he’s starting the project with a brand new script, and now he’ll reportedly be bringing in his Planet of the Apes producing partner to help out with the movie.
Deadline is reporting that producer Dylan Clark could be coming over to Warner Bros. to make The Batman with Matt Reeves. Nothing is official as of right now, but there are talks going on between the two parties. Clark and Reeves have worked closely together on the Planet of the Apes franchise at Fox.
Reeves is also a producer on The Batman, along with Ben Affleck and Geoff Johns. There is no release date, and it’s not expected to start shooting until sometime in 2018.
