Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder wanted to include an additional scene during the credits, but opted not to because “Marvel does that”. Suicide Squad director David Ayer didn’t mind, and included a cool scene during the credits between Ben Affleck and Viola Davis. So will Wonder Woman continue that credits scene trend?
Unfortunately, the answer is “no” according to Wonder Woman producer Charles Roven, who revealed the news to Cinemablend. “I’m not going to say we’d never do one. … There was one in Suicide Squad,” Roven added. “But I don’t think that we want to feel that we’re forced to do something just because we didn’t in the past.”
I must admit, I’m a bit surprised to hear that Wonder Woman won’t feature an additional credits scene. I was expecting to see Ben Affleck show up to talk to Wonder Woman and help set up Justice League some more. Are you surprised to hear this news as well?
