According to a new report, the planned Justice League reshoots are currently underway in London, and they will be “significant”.
BOF says that the Justice League reshoots aren’t just standard “pick-ups”. The extra scenes that are being added in are so significant that filming is expected to take place in June, July, and could even go into August.
It’s nice that we have a timeline now, and don’t get too worried about the “significant” amount of work. Zack Snyder said himself that he hired Joss Whedon to write brand new scenes for Justice League. Whedon will also be directing these new scenes, after a family tragedy forced Snyder to leave the project. On a big superhero movie like this it’s not surprising that they’ll take a while to film.
Henry Cavill appears to already be on set in London. He posted a photo this morning of himself hanging out in his trailer in his Superman costume.
