Wonder Woman has been endorsed by many celebrities since it hit theaters last weekend, but it and director Patty Jenkins just got a seal of approval from one of the most powerful women in the world… Oprah!
Entertainment Tonight caught up with director Ava DuVernay and Oprah to chat about Wonder Woman. DuVernay actually got pretty emotional after seeing the movie, and Oprah did a little dance to congratulate Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins. Check out the video below.
Fun fact: Oprah was Warner Bros.’s top choice to play Amanda Waller in Suicide Squad. We lucked out though, because Viola Davis did an incredible job! It’s hard to imagine anyone else in that role.
