There are some interesting changes coming in September. There appears to be a few talent changes – granted I’m not certain if they’re permanent or just temporary. Also, All Star Batman is coming to an end in September. I’m not sure what the plan is, but apparently the other stories that Snyder and the artists had planned will continue in a different form. I wish I could give you more details pertaining to what that means… but I’m clueless. I just hope DC realizes that this is why readers find it hard to invest in certain titles. Less than a year ago, Snyder was promoting the crap out of All Star Batman because it was a fresh, new, different take. Now it’s ending, and Snyder (as well as many of the artists he’s collaborated with) are all moving on to different things. I’m all for new ideas, let’s just make sure we finish current ideas first. Fans deserve that much at the very least.
Alright, let’s get to business! Below you’ll find the solicitations for each issue, the creative team behind the issue, and the cover art (if DC has released it). Make sure you share your thoughts in the comments section below! I want to hear what you’re excited about, worried about, your predictions, etc… If you have something to say, we want to know!
