Warner Bros. officially announced new movies at their Comic-Con Hall H presentation today by showing a slide of movie logos. The first should surprise no one — Wonder Woman 2 is on the way. Director Patty Jenkins hasn’t officially been announced yet, so they still must be working on her new deal.
The next new movie announced was a bit more surprising — The Flash movie is now Flashpoint, based on the 2011 comics miniseries by Geoff Johns. If you’re unfamiliar, here’s a description from Wikipedia:
Flashpoint details an altered DC Universe in which only Barry Allen seems to be aware of significant differences between the regular timeline and the altered one, including Cyborg’s place as the world’s quintessential hero much like how Superman is in the main timeline, with Superman himself being held captive as a lab-rat by the United States government within an underground facility in Metropolis. In addition, a Thomas Wayne version of Batman, whose son Bruce Wayne is dead instead of him and his wife Martha (who becomes The Joker), spends his days “running Wayne Casinos” in order to help fund his vigilante activity.
We saw Thomas and Martha Wayne in Batman v Superman played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Lauren Cohan. Morgan seemed to tease their involvement in Flashpoint on Twitter:

Here’s the full list of movies that Warner Bros. teased with logos today at Comic-Con:
- Aquaman
- Shazam!
- Suicide Squad 2
- The Batman
- Justice League Dark
- Batgirl
- Green Lantern Corps
- The Flash: Flashpoint
- Wonder Woman 2
Noticeably absent are other movies that we’ve heard are in the works, including Gotham City Sirens, Man of Steel 2, Nightwing, and Black Adam. Perhaps those aren’t as far along as we previously thought.
