Wonder Woman 2 was announced at Comic-Con last weekend, and now it has a release date.
Warner Bros. says that their Wonder Woman sequel will hit theaters on December 13, 2019. Director Patty Jenkins is still in talks to return, but a deal has not been finalized.
That gives us at least one confirmed DC Comics movie for 2019. Shazam, which begins production in early 2018, is also targeting a 2019 release. After that, we have two confirmed DC Comics movies for 2020 as well.
