Kevin Conroy: Warner Bros. has no plans for more ‘Batman: Arkham’ games

Rocksteady made it clear they were moving on from Batman after Batman: Arkham Knight (though they did come back for a spin-off, Batman: Arkham VR), and gave it a pretty definitive ending. Still, I expected Warner Bros. to continue with the popular video game franchise with some prequels by WB Games, just like Batman: Arkham Origins. But according to the voice of Batman, Kevin Conroy, Warner Bros. has no plans to continue with the Batman: Arkham series.

“I can’t believe that they’re not going to do another one, but they’re not. Isn’t that amazing?,” Conroy told a fan at Wizard World Nashville over the weekend. “They made literally billions of dollars on those games, but no, there’s no plan to do another one. Sorry.” You can check out his response in the video below.

Hopefully we haven’t seen the last of amazing Batman video games. There have been rumors that Warner Bros. is working on a Damian Wayne game, but there hasn’t been any kind of official word on what WB Games will be releasing next.
