LEGO announces massive Joker’s Manor set

Stately Wayne Manor, home to billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne and his young ward Dick Grayson, is a 42,500 square foot dream home: it’s a huge mansion, sits on a gorgeous cliff (depending upon who you ask), and is conveniently located on top of a cave for all of your needs as a crimefighting vigilante.  Truly, it’s one of the most famous and most coveted of fictional residences.

Well, it is up until you see what Joker’s done with the place.  Not content with having just, you know, rooms and stuff, the Clown Prince of Crime has both a rollercoaster and a slide in he shape of his head adorning his abode.  Take that, Wayne.

Our good friends at LEGO have shared a first look at the upcoming The Joker Manor set with us and, I have to say, this thing is insane.  With almost 3,500 pieces, the set has tons of great interactive design elements, an excellent selection of minifigures, and a “romantic DVD element” for you and your friends to laugh at.

If you’re like me, you’ve been waiting for a minifig of Robin’s hilariously nonsensical Nightwing costume from The LEGO Batman Movie.  You know, this guy:
