Shazam stars Zachary Levi and Asher Angel have arrived in Toronto to prepare for filming, which is scheduled to begin in a few weeks.
Asher Angel, who plays Bill Batson, updated his Instagram Story last night letting fans know he arrived in Canada. This afternoon, he posted a photo (below) of himself and Zachary Levi at a table read of the script. “Here we go,” Angel wrote on the photo.
Levi put on a lot of muscle for his role of Shazam, and if you look at the photo above quickly, you might mistake him for Ben Affleck!
Shazam begins production in Toronto next month. It theaters on April 5, 2019.
