Hot Toys has revealed their new Superman figure from Justice League. It’s available for pre-order at Sideshow Collectibles and will be available early next year. Batman, Batman (Tactical Suit), Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and The Flash are also up for pre-order and will be available later this year.
The interesting thing about this Superman figure is that it was either designed from Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League, or Hot Toys just reused their previous designs rather than creating something new. In the theatrical cut, Henry Cavill’s Superman was all smiles, even going as far as cracking jokes with Cyborg and laughing uncontrollably. You won’t find any expressions like that here. It’s the more serious Superman that fans are used to from movies like Man of Steel and Batman v Superman.
Even though Hot Toys’ latest Superman figure doesn’t include Justice League accurate face models, it’s still an incredible piece of work. They definitely captured Henry Cavill’s likeness and the overall design looks great. Head on over to Sideshow Collectibles to pre-order and to learn more.
