The Oscar nominations were announced during a live stream this morning, and while Wonder Woman and Justice League weren’t nominated, Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot was there to help out.
Before nominations were read for each category, short skits featuring popular actors were shown. Gal Gadot kicked off the very first announcement and participated in a short film for “Production Design”. Check it out in the video above around the 2:20 mark.
There are still some important DC figures to root for when the Oscars air on Sunday, March 4th. Suicide Squad star Margot Robbie was nominated for Best Actress, The Dark Knight Trilogy star Gary Oldman was nominated for Best Actor, and Christopher Nolan was nominated for Best Director — for the first time in his career.
