The Deadpool 2 trailer was released this morning and no one was safe from the “Merc with a Mouth”, not even Henry Cavill’s Superman.
The trailer kicks off with an introduction of Cable, the movie’s villain. He’s supposed to have a metal arm but instead just has green spandex because the visual effects hadn’t been added yet. Deadpool pauses the trailer and says “why are the visual effects not done? It’s a metal arm. It’s not like we’re trying to remove a mustache!”
Deadpool is of course referring to Henry Cavill’s mustache, which had to be digitally removed in Justice League due to his prior commitment to Mission Impossible – Fallout.
