Director Michael Bay, known best for the popular Transformers franchise, may be coming over to DC Comics.
According to The Wrap, Bay has met with Warner Bros. about directing Lobo and gave some notes on the script, which is being penned by Wonder Woman writer Jason Fuchs.
Fuchs was hired to write Lobo back in 2016, so he’s had a lot of time to work on it. It sounds like Warner Bros. is happy with it if they’re starting to meet with directors. Lobo is an extremely violent character and this movie would certainly fit an R-rating.
