This Week in Comics: I’m not cold—I’m Batman

Justice League #38 came out this week, and Batman took some time out from his busy schedule to teach a Green Lantern something about willpower. Unfortunately, the book wasn’t all that great. If you’ve got the time, and you’ve got stacks on stacks on stacks of money left in your comics budget (if you have a comics budget), then you might want to pick it up (especially if you’ve been following along so far), but I can’t recommend it.

Elsewhere (Elseworlds?), Batman’s status with the GCPD continues to degrade, as Batman: White Knight #5 saw Jack Napier’s designs against the Dark Knight enter a new phase. All is not well in the house of Napier, though, so be sure to check this one out—it’s a good’un.

In Batman #40, Bruce and Diana wrapped up their monster-slaying excursion in another realm, but that’s all I’m saying. If you want the juicy questions answered, you’ll have to read it yourself (or check out our review).
