Last month we learned that Wonder Woman 2 would film at the Canary Islands in Spain, and the latest location news is bringing Gal Gadot to a very different location.
According to Washington Business Journal, Wonder Woman 2 will film at Landmark Mall in Alexandria, Virginia. The mall has been shut down since last year so it won’t be much of a hassle to bring in a movie crew. The movie will also shoot in Washington D.C.. Filming is expected to take place in June and July, according to Washington Business Journal’s sources.
Last week at CinemaCon, Wonder Woman 2 director Patty Jenkins confirmed the rumors and announced that the movie will take place during the 1980s. It’s scheduled to be released on November 1, 2019.
