Wonder Woman ended with the shocking death of Chris Pine’s character Steve Trevor. Pine’s chemistry with Gadot was one of the best parts of the movie, and there’s been speculation on if Pine could somehow return for Wonder Woman 2. Thanks to the first set video, we appear to have that answer.
An Instagram user shared photos and a video near the Washington DC set of Wonder Woman 2 and claims to have seen Chris Pine. It’s impossible to confirm 100% from the footage, but the people in the video say it is in fact Pine. Perhaps they were able to get a better look at him in person. Check it out for yourself below.

With Wonder Woman 2 confirmed to take place in the 1980s, the only explanation I can think of for Pine being in the movie is that he’ll be in a flashback scene. Even if he somehow survived the plane crash at the end of the first movie, he’d be nearly 100 years old in Wonder Woman 2.
