Ever since Batgirl was announced last year, actresses from Hailee Steinfeld to Lindsay Lohan have expressed their interest in the role. Today, we can add another.
The Walking Dead’s Katelyn Nacon was asked by a fan on Twitter which superhero she’d like to play. “Omg I want Batgirl,” Nacon replied.
After Batgirl writer/director Joss Whedon left the project earlier this year, Warner Bros. hired Transformers spin-off writer Christina Hodson to write the script. She also wrote Margot Robbie’s Birds of Prey movie. The project is still searching for a director.
