In March, we learned that Pedro Pascal would play a “key role” in Wonder Woman 1984. We still don’t know exactly who he is playing, but director Patty Jenkins just shared the first photo of him in costume from the set today.
“Can’t…Stop… Watching… Pedro Pascal !!!,” Jenkins wrote on Twitter, along with the photo above. We see Pascal in the back of a car wearing a suit. Fans have quickly assumed that he could be playing Maxwell Lord, a shrewd and powerful businessman from the comics.
Wonder Woman 1984 started shooting last month in Washington D.C. Now filming has moved over to the UK, and they will be heading to Spain at some point as well.
