Sideshow Collectibles is teaming up with DC for new figures of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman modeled after their likenesses from the popular animated series.
Collider shared a behind-the-scenes video (above) that shows what it takes to bring these figures to life, from the first sketches on paper to the full 3D models. The video includes commentary from sculptor Matt Black, art director David Igo, project managers Kevin Ellis and Mike Tolentino, and paint lead Kat Sapene as they work together to create figures based on the artwork of Bruce Timm.
And make sure you watch until the end of the video for a tease of what figures are coming next: The Joker and Harley Quinn, complete with her pet hyenas.
