On Tuesday, Warner Bros. showed off the first footage of Batman: The Animated Series in 1080p from the upcoming Blu-ray release. Now, courtesy of IGN, we get a comparison to see just how much better the show looks now.
In the split-screen video above, the old opening credits from the 1990’s TV show is on the left and we get to see what the remastered 1080p HD version looks like on the right. As you’d expect, the show looks sharper and clearer than ever before.
Batman: The Complete Animated Series Blu-ray is currently available for pre-order on Amazon for 23% off. The Blu-ray will now include a free digital copy as well. It will be released on October 30th.
