It seems there’s still a chance that the Nightwing movie will happen. Asked about the status of the project on Twitter, director Chris McKay gave everyone some hope that it may still happen.
No. You’re going to have to wait tho. Keep hope alive. To paraphrase Dick Grayson: Nightwing lives. Always.

Of course, the question remains how far away it may be. There are some rumors that Nightwing has become less of a priority for Warner Brothers as of late. Add in the news that McKay may be taking on the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons movie for Paramount, and it could still be several years before we see this film come to fruition.
We’re certainly not giving up hope yet, that’s for sure!
