Harley Quinn Animated Series Finds its New Joker Voice

Harley Quinn Animated - 01

The Harley Quinn animated series coming to DC Universe has found its new voice for the Joker. Speaking with Discussing Film, Diedrich Bader, who will be playing Batman once again, revealed that Alan Tudyk (Firefly) will be taking on the role. “I did a [recording] session with him a while ago, and he’s very funny as Joker,” said Bader.

Of course this isn’t Tudyk’s first time working on a DC project. Previously he starred in Powerless as Van Wayne, a cousin of Bruce Wayne. He has also appeared in other projects such as Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Injustice 2, so his history with DC projects is fairly deep.

In the case of Bader, he previously starred in Batman: The Brave and the Bold as the caped crusader. Harley in this project will be voiced by Kaley Cuoco (The Big Bang Theory).

Still no word on a premiere date for Harley Quinn, but we’re anxious to see it!
