It’s surprising, but, yes, Oliver is still indeed in prison six episodes into the new season of Arrow.
Arrow episode 706, “Due Process,” will see Team Arrow still working to get Oliver out of prison. And who doesn’t want an untrained person impersonating a lawyer to help them be set free?
