The CW unveiled a new Elseworlds promo on Sunday night that starts to give us the smallest hints to the plot of the three-part story.
From what we can see in the video below, it appears that the Monitor has somehow gotten involved with a crazed human. We probably won’t see too many hints about this leading up to the episodes, but at least we have some idea now.
It doesn’t matter how many times we see this, seeing Stephen Amell’s signature scruffy face in the Flash costume is just funny looking.
Couple of other notable shots in this promo include seeing Supergirl, Flash, and Arrow around the Bat-Signal which we had seen only briefly in the Batwoman promo. We also get a good look at her Batarang, which looks as you would expect it to. We also get a quick shot of the Kent farm which we know is the same one from Smallville.
While Crisis on Earth-X was an awesome crossover last season, this one is shaping up to be a totally different kind of awesome and we can’t wait to see it.
The Elseworlds crossover event kicks off on Dec. 9.
