Batman: Court of Owls Game Tease Appears From WB montreal

The Court of Owls has become one of the biggest storylines to hit the Batman mythos in years, and now it looks as though a video game may be on the way to adapt it.

Rumors have been firing up following a posting by WB Montreal’s Associate Producer of a t-shirt with a fairly recognizable logo.

For reference, here is what the Court of Owls symbol looks like from the comics.

Some are saying that the t-shirt is related to something to do with Harry Potter, but the similarity, despite some minor differences, to the Court of Owls logo is hard to overlook.

It’s been some time since we had a new Batman game, and it definietely feels like the world is need of a new one.

For those unfamiliar with the Court of Owls, it is a coalition of the oldest families in Gotham who feel they know what is best for the city. And if anyone gets in their way of remaking the city to their vision, then they must be eliminted. To that end the Court has assassins known as Talons who are nearly unbeatable killing machines. You can learn more by checking out our reviews for Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.

It could make for an interesting game with Batman having to uncover what the Court has planned, discovering Court locations, fighting off the Talons and so on. Only time will tell if this is indeed the plan for the next Batman game, however.
