In the clip, Mera warns Arthur (Momoa) of Orm’s (Wilson) impending war on the surface world. The only way to stop it is for Arthur to challenge Orm for the throne of Atlantis. Unfortunately, the prospect of royalty doesn’t really interest Arthur.
